PRICING AND AVAILABILITY CALENDAR

Our cottage rental pricing is structured to be transparent and seasonal. Standard rates begin at $140 per night during the low season (October 15–December 22 and  January 2- May 15) and $150 per night during the high season (May 16–September 5), with peak holiday periods (December 23 - January 1,  around the July 1st wkd and the Civic Holiday wkd) priced at $200 per night due to increased demand.

A 2‑night minimum stay applies year‑round, and a 3‑night minimum is required on long weekends. All bookings require a one-night deposit to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before check‑in.

A refundable $500 damage deposit is required to secure your cottage rental. This deposit covers any potential damage, missing items, or extraordinary cleaning costs. After checkout, the cottage will be inspected, and the deposit will be refunded in full  within 5 business days if no issues are found.

​

In addition to the rental rate, HST (13%) and the Municipal Accommodation Tax (4% MAT) will be applied to your booking as required by Ontario, respectively Northern Bruce Peninsula, regulations.
